Owner refuses to refund or take any accountability for poor service. I left the salon with flaking skin all over my feet, uneven polish, and 3 cuts on 2 fingers from the electrical file tool after getting dip on my nails. Owner degraded me saying “it’s okay if you can’t afford the salon”. Paying $117 to look like I didn’t just get a pedicure & to receive 3 bleeding cuts on my skin is not WORTH the money. I did not want to leave a negative review, as I wanted to give the business the chance to make things right, but the owner was blatantly rude and refused to take any accountability or provide any refund for these horrible results. If you like to spend your hard earned money on horrific looking nails and rude customer service, this is the salon for you.

Had a really great experience this morning at Beautica. Cindy helped me pick out my color for my dip manicure on natural nails, and I got a dip removal as well. The color and the shape of my nails are beautiful! I live in Boston but will have to stop here whenever I’m in the area. Only lost a star because in this cashless world, you should offer tips on Venmo or card ;/ there is a Star Market and ATM close by, but I’m used to being able to leave cashless tips. Other than that I had an amazing experience and Cindy rocks.

Everyone is so nice! I’ve had both a manicure and pedicure. They do a great job of prepping/ cleaning up your nails. If you have the time, definitely do a signature pedicure. It’s so relaxing and a great way to kick off the weekend!

Clean and efficient. Cathy’s team goes above and beyond. The new pedicure chairs are nice. I recommend calling ahead because they get busy at times.

Went there today for a well overdue pedicure…very nice welcome in such a friendly manner….was my first time there…prompt and competent service by friendly and pleasant staff….great and wonderful pedicure…will definitely make this my go to spa!!!! Definitely recommend!!!
