This was my first and last visit with Nova. The gentleman I had was very nice and chatted with me but as you can see from the pictures below, this is how I left the salon and I am so upset. My left pinky is completely messed up, pointing upwards and way off to the left. The nail beds are not level at all and the coffin shape is ill matched. The right hand is worse. None of the nails are even on the ends, the pinky nail on the right is not as bad as the left but still not right at all, and two of the nails on the right hand didn’t even have gel top coat covering the whole nail! Needless to say I had to go home and do the best I could to salvage a $55 dip. Count me very very disappointed

for anyone wondering yes this establishment does fills for acrylics even if you got the original set done elsewhere. was immediately greeted by a couple of employees who were very nice. got a simple french tip with an accent nail, no bumps or unevenness in the acrylic which is always a plus, reasonable prices and they match the prices listed online and in the store. my boyfriend was also there and was invited to sit next to me which i thought was very thoughtful considering he wasn’t having any services done, definitely one of my favorite nail salons in augusta

Let me start off by saying I had gel x extentions from a previous salon, they were broken, uneven, and thick. I made an appointment to come in at 9am. This woman did a soak off, reshaped and painted my nails in 1 hour! She was so nice. I normally go for a square nail but my nails were damaged from the previous salon, I don’t actually mind them. I think next time I will try acrylic. I am very happy and pleased!

I was greeted right away by the employees for a walk in appointment, they were super nice and friendly for my first time in there! I just needed a quick pedicure and the service was quick, professional, and I’m happy with the result! I would definitely go back. Express pedicure is $25, plus $15 for gel. Very reasonable.

We had our girlies family of 5. Two younger kiddos for a pedicure. Poor communication, one man was extremely rude to a child and mom because she got some water on the floor. Due to this made us wait longer took an older woman before us who arrived after us. Very disappointed and will never return. Don’t have children’s services if
