DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! Service was horrible. I complained about how short my toe nails were cut and was still charged the full service. Look at the pic. All of my toes nails were cut way too short. Beyond SHORT! And then the lady watched me get the money out of the ATM machine as if I was going to leave without paying when I should have been watching her cut my toe nails.
Would not ever come here again!

I stopped to get a quick manicure and pedicure hoping it would be really well done. I told them on the phone I wanted somebody very good. I was told it was $40 it was $42. I had a nice lady and She completed my pedicure in like 15 minutes. Very short service and rub- the water was super hot. The manicure was the same quick- probably 25 minutes total which is way too short for a manicure/pedicure. Very little attention to detail . Not all cuticle skin removed so just not great. I asked to buff toes- she said it’s $5 more and then wanted another $ 5 for fingers! Do I do t think it was great for the price !

I highly recommend this salon. I stopped in to get my nails done for a special occasion and they fit me right in. The nails I wanted were white gels with a specific pattern of silver sparkles in them. Cici was incredibly meticulous and I could not be more happy with how they came out. They look amazing.

I just left City Nails. This is my first bad review of any service It was my first time there and my last. I received poor service and poor workmanship as evidenced by my pictures. Jim, I’m told was the rep who did my pedicure. My feet were in plain water, no scrub. As the end, He did use about 2 drops of a scrub on my right foot, went up and then down with his hand, and nothing on the left. The paint job is extremely poor and He even dropped the nail polish brush on my big toe as it came apart from the cap as he painted. Another shop would have removed the polish from that toe and repainted. He did nothing to my cutucle, no oil or anything.
I was taken to fan, it was up front, with better lighting. I them able to see how bad the job was that he did. I took pics. I brought this to the attention female employee at the desk as I was under the fan near the front with better lighting. I showed her my pics and I told her this was a very poor job and that I was not satisfied. She gazed at the pics and immediately started talking to her coworker in her language, totally disregarding my comments. As my daughter took more pics in her view as we were getting ready to leave, she then said..: Do you want another top coat”.
By the way, my daughter got a full set of nails that was horrible also. No additiomal layer top coat was fixing this. Two employees who cant do nails in one shop is 2 too many.
Kudos to the great nail shops that do great work. I will see you soon.

This salon was voted top 3 in the Capital Region. Very affordable prices and busy atmosphere. It’s tucked around the corner from Hannaford, I almost missed it. I got a manicure and pedicure (felt amazing). Staff were friendly and good listeners. Definitely will go back again.
