While it was Very busy while I was there I was greeted immediately. Ari was my tech and I listened and watched her provide Amazing customer service while she did my nails! I usually don’t go to nail salons but she did such an amazing job and was kind to all of the customers that were there. I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you Ari

About two weeks ago (on Sat. 9/2/23) I got acrylic tips and a pedicure done here. While I was fine with the experience and liked my nails at the time, I am disappointed with how quickly these nails lifted. One week after my appointment my nails began to lift slightly. Now (only two weeks later), my pinky fingernail on my right hand is close to falling off, and the middle and pointer fingernails have lifted even more. I have gotten acrylic tips done several times before at other places, and they typically last 4 weeks before lifting.

I’ve been coming to Ari for 4 years now. She always knows what I’m going for and nails every design!!! I get compliments from everyone on them. Never cheating on Ari Ever!!

Made an appointment for 4 pedis and one fill. They were not able to take us at the same time and were rude about it. I had said if you couldn’t accommodate all of us then why would you let me make the appointment? But since we didn’t have the option to go and be seen elsewhere we stayed. I then had the worst fill I have ever had. My nail tech was rude and on her phone the whole time. Burned 8 out of 10 fingers with the drill, did not shape the nails as I had ask (and made a huge point to discuss with her before she had started the work) did not clean up the dead skin around till I asked. And the overall gel polish was applied very sloppy. Now a day later and it’s already chipped.
It was a disappointment to say the least
And not cheap at that.
I would not recommend coming to this nail salon

Random- account
I had a set of acrylic nails put on with an ombré design. Rhinestones added to the ring fingers. They did a wonderful job. Another client saw them and asked for the same. I will be going back to get a fill in 2 weeks. Very satisfied.
