First time going to this place a friend recommended it. The experience was really good. The prices are more affordable than most places. They are really sweet people that did my daughter’s and my toenails and fingers. She was so good at doing the nail art and she is very quick at it. I will definitely go back there again.

When I was a little girl, my mom always got her nails done here. Now that I’m older, I come here too! Kim always does an excellent job and can recreate any nails I show her! Just went today for a fill and walked out thoroughly impressed with the result.

I went in for a refill and the dude didn’t do the best job but I was like whatever I’ll have the lady do my nails next time and it will probably be better. One of my nails popped off the same day the next week. I went back to get it repaired and he couldn’t remember the color he used as the base color and decided to try another color. One of my nails is a different color than the rest and he painted all my nails with the cover of color, so I don’t even have the color I had originally picked. They’re lumpy and shaped weird. And he wanted me to pay him. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place.

I go here every month to get my nails done. They last a month or longer. KIM IS AWESOME she does everything free hand and is quick these are my Christmas nails. She is very reasonable also.

I was a regular customer for about a year, every 2 weeks and I always made appointments. About 12 hours after getting an acrylic fill, part of the acrylic chipped off one of my nails. I did NOT break my nail or cause the damage myself. I made an appointment the same day for them to repair it. I was told I had to pay $3 for the repair, even though I didn’t cause the damage and even though I just had my nails done the previous day. They said “regardless of the reason” I had to pay. If I had caused the damage, I wouldn’t have had an issue with paying. And even if I hadn’t caused the damage but it happened a few days later, I still wouldn’t have had an issue with paying. But in this scenario it was clear that the damage was due to their shoddy workmanship almost immediately after my nails were done. I realize that some customers may lie about who caused the damage or when/how it occurred, but I was not lying. Sadly they apparently have no concept of customer service or customer retention, so I obviously will not be going back.
