Amber and her husband did an amazing job on mine and my sister’s nails! We made an appointment one week prior, and when we showed up we were serviced immediately. All of our nails looked fantastic and were done in a timely manner! We love going to Nail Elegance!

I’m not a person to get my nails done. The last time I had my nails done was about 3-4 years ago until today. They were so kind and gentle unlike the other nail salons I went to in the past. They did exactly what I wanted and my design the lady did without a picture because I didn’t have one and I loved what she did.

Not impressed. From out if town and a nail broke. Called for a quickie nail fix and polish change. Was asked what I needed I had to repeat myself 3 times on the phone and in person. Was seated in front of on tech and she took off my original polish( sloppily, there were still traces of the polish on a few of the nails. Then next tech takes 45 min to replace one nail and do a French with red instead of white. Which was uneven, bubbling in some spots from too much polish.The nail replacement took 35 min. This irritated me but not as much as my 10 min French that was horrible. Thankful to be done I went and paid just wanting to leave to be charged 35 dollars. All this time and money I could have went somewhere else and got a complete fill with a better french polish design. Never again. I’ll go without before going here again.

Sloppy manicure with old polish that has air bubbles. Did not push back cuticles. Did not put lotion on my hands. Allowed me to dry for only 10 minutes. After the manicure, I was shocked that they charged me double what other salons in bigger cities charge. Also smelled of acrylic. Disgusting. One day later, all polish is peeling.
