i went here before the nails were cute but some of the gems were crooked. i went back a few days ago I got blood red nails/dark red the nails were crooked she didn’t file it all the way, so there are some acrylics on the side of my nails acrylics are too big for my nail and i paid $60. 0 stars

There was three of us that had a pedicure. Are toenails became soft, brittle and part of big toenails fell off. We where told by another nail salon that toenails had a fungus and most likely this salon isn’t sanitized properly.

I am so disgusted with the service here.
Look how sloppy this is and this is after going back a second time. I paid 110 for this. The lines were not clean and she nicked my cuticle really good it broke my skin open. I had to scratch white finger nail polish off my fingers and cuticles. Thankfully I have white fingernail polish and polish remover at home. I guess she didn’t think I’d notice my outer pinkies.This was messy. I definitely will not be coming back.

Bad customer service, if you don’t see Joe you’ll get get basic, lazy service. Then they have the nerve to say cash only on Friday and Saturday. I ended up just getting a polish change after really just being ready to go but not wanting mix-match toes and hands but look at how she’s leaving all this old polish around my toenails and putting on the new polish 😒 RIDICULOUS

Literally received nail/skin damage and received no apology for it. But Instead he rudely brush the damage the individual (male tech) caused me and blame it on me… the nerve. His Colleague a nice lady took care the rest of my needs and apologized on his behalf. But I will not be returning.
