Have gone multiple times on my lunch at different times and she is closed for lunch. I sat waited a few times my entire lunch didn’t re open in the time I was sitting there. I have gone after work said she closed at 5pm I raced over at 4:30 she had already locked the door at 4:40 and was visually there with a person in the chair but had closed up. This ace has inconsistent hours and just not worth the hit and miss and wasted time. This place use to be better. I’m better off making an appt at the mall or driving out to to Lincoln St.

I’ve been coming here since the beginning of 2018 and would never go anywhere else, the old worker that used to be here which I think was the owner she may still be the owner but I sadly never see her anymore when I come in. She was absolutely the best. The last 3 times I’ve tried to get my eyebrows done there’s been a new lady much younger and first time she said she was closing which was 40 mins before closing time :/. Second time she cut a lot of the front of my eyebrow off and made my eyebrows really far apart I was so upset I cried idk how anyone could mess up that bad when all I asked for was a clean up, what I’ve been getting for years. Third time she said she was going on her lunch for a hour which I understand but why was the door still open. I really miss the old girl that worked there she was the best and the new girl is definitely not. They lost a very loyal customer that I’ve spent hundreds on there over the years:/.

I used to go to Posh but they were always changing people and messing up my eyebrows. I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love her! I just sit and she knows what to do😊

Absolutely horrible experience. The person working used the same gloves, eyebrow brush and scissors on multiple people without cleaning them. I asked her to wipe them prior to me sitting in the chair and she refused. She said she didn’t have anything to clean them with and that I could go somewhere else. I left and so did the person waiting behind me. So unsanitary! I would give this a zero star if it was an option. Aren’t there certain sanitation laws for businesses like this?

Rude lady. Didn’t feel welcomed. Ignored me once I walked in. Didn’t clean off excess hairs when done threading. Oh and her working station was not clean and unsanitary be careful. Maybe she doesn’t like Hispanics idk but not coming back.
