Worst service ever!!! when I walked in the lady was on the phone the entire time I couldnt understand her but I knew she was upset whatever she was saying was upsetting the man that did my pedicure who didnt say a word to me until after he put a regular polish base coat…I went for a gel pedicure but nobody ever asked so I left out with clear polish. This was the first time I’ve ever not tipped. They need to separate work and home.

Nail tech was VERY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. Yelled at me in front of my child and upset him! Got mad because I asked her a question. One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had! Her colleague had to finish my nails and she rushed in them. Very sarcastic and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. I was told they were rude here but decided to give them a chance! Boy was I sorry I wasted my money and time! I would NEVER EVER go here again! Don’t waste your time!

They are clearly EXTREMELY unprofessional! Besides doing a bad job at nails in genereal – to an absurd price considering the work, might I add – they are incredibly rude and agressive in their customer service. Wouldn’t go there everyone! Furthermore, PLEASE take a good look at Jenny, Q Nails!!! She should definitely take a GOOD LOOK at her attitude towards costumers and angermanagement.
