Customer Reviews:
When I came home, I saw that for some nails, the polish started very far out, and on top of that, it had already started to peel off! Just one hour later! I contacted them on FB messenger via a private message. I never received any response. The next day I called the salon and explained that I was not happy. The owner started yelling at me if I call again, she will call the police, and I’ve been rude to her employees the second time already, and I should never call her salon again! I loved the atmosphere, and I loved her employee as we even exchanged numbers. 😅 I just moved and was looking for a nail salon close by where I can go regularly.
Unfortunately, it will not be this salon. I loved everything except how the owner treated her unhappy customers. I was hoping to have a normal conversation with her and to get this sort out, as mistakes can happen. I think she mixed up the customers, but to be honest, that’s not my fault, and I would have explained her, but she never gave me the possibilities as she hung up after yelling at me.
