Hands down worst set I’ve ever gotten. The older, red-ish orange-ish haired woman with the full eyeliner did mine today and she was not only rude but legit has me almost in tears after spending $85. I said “no chrome” and she still put chrome on (I don’t know what the bottle looks like) and I told her multiple times my nails were uneven and she literally said “they look straight when I look this way”. Two nails are literally so uneven my friend spotted it immediately before I got in her car. Your nails should be even EVERY way you look at them. Bubbling, uneven filing & polish coating. The atmosphere is adorable and I was so excited but it really was a super unpleasant experience. My car is down so I had to pay and leave in order to make it where I had to go. Advice to Nail Kitchen: comfort your clients and assure them you will do everything to fix it. Stop telling us we are wrong as if we are lying about what we see an issue with. We are literally coming for a service and you lack the “service” in “customer service”.

I finally tried Nail Kitchen for the first time.
The online booking was effortless. This location is new. The decor is beautiful. It’s well lit and comfortable I came in on a Friday evening, 19Jan24. The staff were all warm and welcoming. I was seated with a nail tech immediately. I was offered a drink. I am satisfied with my nails. I went for a natural sns ombré look.

The Nail Kitchen uses strip-free wax.
I had wax service and it was the most painful ever.

I absolutely love this place! The workers are so friendly! The place is extremely nice, and the customer service is amazing as well. My nails have look fabulous every time. Leah is my nail tech and she is absolutely amazing! She is so precise in her work!

I am glad to have found such an upscale and friendly nail salon near where I live. The online appointment feature is easy and convenient to use. Leah and Tramy have taken care of me each time and they are very skilled and personable. Leah is a perfectionist when it comes to shaping and acrylics, and can do designs as well!

Our experience was okay – first time going & loved the atmosphere. The lady who did my nails was very rude but not a huge deal. I am leaving for Mexico tomorrow morning & now I have nail infections on all of my fingers. This has never happened to me & it’s VERY painful. Now I’ll have to schedule a doctors appointment amidst going out of the country. Happy Mother’s Day nail appointment to me I guess! What a present!

Edit to add two days after appointment my nail polish is bubbling and falling off, too, so we will need a full refund
