Hate to be that person but I gave them 2 chances and this place just ain’t it. Had a GC got tips cus my nails were short, asked for a square shape(granted I should have specified I wanted the corners rounded and not like a straight up box square, that part is my own fault) still tho they came out looking horrendously too big and bulky for my fingers. It took forever and she nicked my cuticles multiple times with the drill which was painful. I went back the next day to have the shape fixed after trying to fix it myself at home and asked for a color change as well. This time the man did it and fixed the shape more to what I actually wanted but they are not all consistently the same length or shape. He made my pinky bleed from filing to aggressively on the side. He was accommodating and friendly and they mean well and are nice ppl but truthfully I just don’t think they know how to do nails.

I saw the bad reviews before I went but I had a gift certificate so I decided to just use it and give it a chance. And sure enough this was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I was getting a gel manicure and asked for tips on only 3 nails because they were shorter than the rest of my natural nails and it took the guy 2 hours just to do that… the acrylic was so wide on my nail that it was on my skin and I had to ask him multiple times to fix it because he would have just left it like that. They were bumpy and chunky and it got to the point that I just wanted to walk out. He was trying really hard to make up for it by giving my friend and I ice cream and water and was very friendly. I didn’t want to make an issue so I just let him finish. After 3 hours, none of my nails looked the same. The shapes were all different, the polish was thicker on some and see through on others, some were missing polish in spots, and the nails that got tips looked way thicker and lumpy than the rest. Two days later they all started to chip and came right off. Honestly, happy about it because they were so ugly. Great people, but bad nails. Don’t go here.

The people here are very friendly. I had plenty of time to pick my color and they were very welcoming. To get the last gel polish off and new gel was $50. Almost exclusively used the automatic buffers. My nails were left very weak. Even as I left I could feel my nails catching on stuff. I really wanted to like it but if you’re just looking for a regular gel manicure I think I would pass.

Honestly not the best experience in my personal opinion. At first this salon seemed like it would execute a great & professional experience.. but soon it became clear that wouldn’t be the case. I was very specific when explaining what I wanted done, I explained ” I would like a gel fill, and for my nails to be filed but not to short.” At first things were going fine, I sat with a older woman whom I was under the impression would be doing my service for this appointment.. then a man sat next to me and grabbed my hand saying “I’ll help.” So I said okay. The woman filed my nails and I said “That length is perfect and the shape is also how id like it..” when the man gave my hand back to the older lady I noticed that the nails on the hand were shorter than the other.. so she attempted to match them.. my nails are not what I asked for.
I then went to pay, the man said NO CARD MACHINE BROKEN, YOU WALK TO STORE AND USE ATM
Being a good person I walked to the store and pulled out the money. When I returned and handed him the money I asked politely for my change in which the man then grabbed my hand and said “You’re cold, no jacket?” I said “No, just my sweater. I didn’t think I’d have to walk to an atm. I thought I’d just get in my car and go home.” He then still holding firmly on my hand as I pull my hand away he says “You stay and drink my tea.” I said “No I have to leave and hurried out the door”
All in All I wish I could give them a 0 / 5 ⭐️

If you make an appointment here be sure to have a back up appointment elsewhere. After waiting all day my 5pm appointment was not honored, and it was too late for me to book elsewhere. The owner refused to help me with a simple color change and did not care to explain why he could not. when I politely begged due to an engagement on the following day he virtually tried to push me out of the store. This is my second bad experience with this place. I will never attempt to go here again.
