Worst experience ever, my nail have never been so weak, I needed a gel removal and they instantly started with the machine, even when I told her that gel was easy to remove with the thin foil, she had an attitude and ignored me.
She was very rough on my nails and they are extremely thin and sore.
Also not a clean place, they don’t clean the utensils and they put my hand in some old cold water she had right there (hopefully not the same she was using in the previous customer)
I would never go back, worst experience, my poor nails keep hurting.

This is was my first time doing acrylics and Tracy was great! She was patient, caring & gentle and did a wonderful job. Both my sister and I are super happy with the results! The price was great, too!

I have been going to kissable nails and getting my mani and pedi done with Ellie for the past 3 years. I go every two weeks all year round and she always does an amazing job. I highly recommend her. Please keep in mind that the salon does get busy during special occasions when booking an appointment.

Don’t make an appointment with Ellie and expect to be seen on time. Second time going here and she’s behind schedule. This last time was intentional. I made an appt in person with her, called the day before to confirm and I get there and she’s doing a pedicure. 20 minutes after my appointment time she finished the pedicure and then has the client sit at her table for a manicure. Never acknowledges that she’s behind schedule with me. After 20 more mins, I approach her and she looks at me like I’m wrong for saying anything. No apology at all instead says well she had a 5:30 appt. I tried to explain to her that you don’t book a 5:30 mani pedi when you have a 6:00 appt. Scheduled. She had no interest in apologizing or taking any responsibility for the situation. I waited for my mom to finish her nails and we left. I will never return to this place. I will say, the owner was nice and apologized numerous times and tried to get someone else to do my nails but I said don’t worry about it. The point was to get my nails done with my mom for Mother’s Day. Not wait an hour after my appt and then make my mom wait for me to get my nails done after her. Ellie was so unprofessional, at least take accountability for your mistake. Terrible
