Very disappointed with the poor quality. Paid $80 (plus 20% tip) for gel build on my natural nails with shellac. Within days the gel was lifting from my nails and catching dirty / my hair. I tried to contact this business via Instagram and it’s online contact form as I am not in the area to drop in. This is absolutely terrible customer service and I will look to follow up as I have been completely robbed of $96 for a manicure that is terrible.

This place SUCKS. Asked for a full set of acrylic nails and they pressured me into getting gel x after I had asked for acrylics 3 times. (I think they wanted to give me gel x because they are not qualified nor have the skill for acyrlics) After I agreed to getting gel x they proceeded to doing my nails and cut my cuticles 3 times in the process. I was very unsatisfied with the result of the full set. The nails came out looking thick, lumpy, and did not end up being the shape I wanted since they put so many layers on. (I asked for coffin nails and they ended up being square) When I go to pay, they claim my card declined and was not working. I then showed them on my bank that I had been charged for the service. They claimed to not have gotten it a made me pay through Venmo. Hours later they call me and say that they actually did get the payment and overcharged me. (They overcharged me 4 times, I paid over $500 for ugly nails) Do not waste your time or money going to this place.

it’s hard to write this review because there are some technicians here that are good but paying $30 dollars for these nails??? I immediately took the color off when I walked out the door, all I wanted was just my cuticles cut correctly and she couldn’t even do that 🙁 sad. I’m adding photos

The front desk people are really nice. But my technician was absolutely lackluster and I didn’t have the time to go back and ask for someone else to fix it. But my nails are so thin and the gel X is so bumpy. She had absolutely no technique she should just be sticking to nail polish and not gel X at all. My nails look so cheap.

Stealth Model
Today I went to the nail salon for the first time and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I had desperately grown out acrylic with gel and was upgraded to a healthier & quicker alternative called hot gel. Suri & Crystal gave me a pedicure and hot gel manicure. They picked the color for me 074 and it looks amazing. The girl next to me got the same color after seeing it on me she liked it so much! I’ve been to many many nail salons and I have to say this is the BEST. There was an option for an in chair massage that looked amazing & I will be taking advantage of next time! I will be back & will tell all my friends & family to go to this location. 20 chairs & the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. 10/10 experience & all for $128 (not including tip) I feel so loved & look forward to seeing everyone there again soon. Xo.
