Bethany was amazing! She was kind and took such good care of me. I had my extensions removed and highlights added. Also, she provided education on ways to make my hair stronger. All in all, a perfect experience.

Such a disappointment! Had an appointment with Bethay for Brazilian blowout. A $300 service. I asked a couple questions about duration of results and repair to damaged hair. Apparently this flustered her so badly that she could not perform the service. I drove 45 minutes and blocked out 3 hours to be denied service because I had questions. Apparently it created an environment that was too tense for Bethany to perform her duties! The owner should have demanded she do her job, but chose to tell me it could not be done. Terrible customer service. Apparently the customer is no longer right and we need to cater to a temperamental work force who is overly sensitive and offended!
In response to your response below, you are lying. I asked a couple of questions. I had no issue with pricing as I knew the price when I made the appointment. There was no arguing or confrontation. If a customer is not allowed to ask how long the results last for a $300 service, what has become of the service industry? It was a reasonable question. There was no debate. I asked her if I did not like the results, would she be willing to use a product I like in the future. She explained that she couldn’t and i said then lets give your brand a shot! If your employees can’t function if asked a question, they are not very competent and should not be serving the public. You can tell your lies, but the situation was completely unprofessional on your part. I said I wanted to try your product and didn’t think 2 questions would cause a complete meltdown! The place is completely pretentious and represents everything that is wrong in this country today! Stay away from these uppity women!

Today I went here to HOPEFULLY get my hair cut to FIX the hair cut I had received last week at another place I had never been to, because I just moved here to this area recently and it’s just too far to drive back to my old county just to get my hair done. But that’s what I was doing until I bit the bullet last week and took a chance on a Salon close to my house. I got my roots done, but they turned out black when they were supposed to be light brownish red. I got highlights, but realized later that I had NONE in the back of my hair or underneath in case I were my hair up. But worst of all, because I was distracted, I went home to fix my hair up pretty, and I COULDN’T. It was short on the right side, and long on the left side, and chopped up like a 3 year old had cut it. I’ve been freaking out every since and looking for a place more reputable to fix my hair cut. I Googled, Salons with most years of experience, and Foxies Salon came up. I was even able to book online. It stated how much experience each beautition had and I choose Shelby. When I got there the Salon was beautiful inside and made me feel comfortable there. I was nervous when Shelby explained to me that she couldn’t do the specific hair cut I wanted in the first place because it was too short on the right side. But she spent a whole hour on my hair, and was only supposed to have to spend 30 minutes on it. She worked on it until she got it right. In the end, I DID get the hair cut I actually wanted, just shorter. Lol. I will definitely be a long term customer at Foxies. For Sure. I highly recommend this Salon.

I had such a great experience with Bethany! I told her what I wanted but didn’t want at the same time (wolf cut without the bangs) and she nailed it! My hair looks and feels amazing!
