Shannon is the BEST. She always greets me with a warm smile and genuinely hopes to accomplish my hair style wishes. Often I am not sure what my goals are, but she never fails to find the right hair color and style even when I’m no help. She has a vision for color, hair style and extensions. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to make sure her clients are pleased with their time at the salon. Hair tie extensions are her gift and I trust her and feel grateful she is able to do her magic on me with each appointment.

Tessa has been my hair stylist for over 5 years. I see her every three weeks. She is the best, most professional, perfectionist, and kind. I love her as a hair stylist and now as a friend. She works so hard to perfect my hair and make me look beautiful. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, modern and uses the best hair color and other products. First time here I selected a random stylist for my haircut after seeing that there were so many employees with different prices. I ended up having SUMMER as my stylist and I can say my expectations were definitely exceeded! I wasn’t really sure how to describe the cut I wanted and had no good reference pictures since it was very last minute, but she asked questions the whole time and gave good suggestions while cutting with confidence. The short scalp massage while having my hair washed was something I did not know I needed so badly 😅. I’ll definitely come back since everyone was very welcoming and was overall very pleasurable experience. Thank you again 🙂

First two photos was how I left the salon after having my hair done by Missy. She took all of one hour and thirty minutes to rush me out of her chair. I called the salon and told the manager, Elizabeth about my experience and she stated that she would get Cami to rectify the awful, devastating, and frankly embarrassing experience I had with Missy. Cami did her very best to make me look presentable and as you can see the difference between the day after Cami did my hair and how I left the salon after Missy is quite striking. Thank you cami for an excellent transition, cut, and style. After missy was overly confident in our consultation, assuring me that I could trust her with my hair , the only explanation I can come to for how she left my hair is either due to just plain cruelty or racial bias. To be transparent, Elizabeth did honor to redo my hair without a service charge and for close to a thousand extra dollars (to pay for cost of more hair) on top of the three thousand I had paid to have my extensions done by Missy, this was the outcome. Special thanks to Stephanie , who once provided me with an exceptional haircut and amazing customer service.
