One of the most disappointing nail sets I’ve ever gotten… I got a gel-x set a few days ago from here and they’re already starting to fall off. The nail art was also pretty disappointing. I was asked for a reference photo ahead of the appointment and it was only after we were midway through the appointment I was told they didn’t have the right color for part of what I’d sent them. I wish they’d told me upfront, I would have picked a different nail color. I’ve attached the picture I sent them and the end result. I spent $170 on this set.

Honestly was one of my worst pedicures. For the price to be so much higher than other nail salons you would expect top notch service. This is not the case. I got the deluxe pedicure which was supposed to be an hour… I was in the salon at 12:00, I got seated at 12:08 and was out the door by 12:45. The massage portion of the pedicure was basically non existent.

I expected at least my nails to be immaculate for a pedicure that costs $104 with tip but my nails didn’t even look that nice. My toes still had a large amount of cuticle left and I don’t think the polish came out that nice. Will definitely stick to suburban nail salons over the city ones!

BOOK WITH CINDY! So nice, did an amazing pedicure for me, and then the most killer set of après gel extensions I’ve ever had (pictured here). Talked through colors with me and dealt with how indecisive I am super well. Will definitely be returning!

Though I usually frequent the Seaport location, the convenience of Prudential cannot be beat. The service was incredibly friendly and detail oriented! She took her time and they still look just as good a week later!
