TNL Nails in Omaha, NE

Ann does a fantastic job! Takes her time with shellac and gets a perfect finish in 2 coats so it seem to last much longer. She will also file manually instead of using drill which I prefer.

Dip Manicure for me, Dip and Eye Brow wax for my daughter.

Walked in, 5 minutes early and Lily, the tech I had made the appointment for, was busy… we waited  15-20 minutes before we were seated. Which was fine. Lily is worth waiting for.
Was informed they don’t gave waxing here, but referred me to their other business (Premier on Maple) cool, booked an appointment for tomorrow.
My tech started bouncing back and forth from me and my daughter, which was fine… we were enjoying ourselves and chatting.
then Lily LEFT us to go to another mother daughter… a new tech came to work on my nails. I was so upset. He kept hurting me cuticles. Nails ended up looking nice, but the experience isn’t what I signed up for.

My Daughter’s tech, Natalie, was moving SO fast, I spoke up said, “I wish you would slow down”. She said, “this is how I work, but her nails will look really nice.”
My Daughter’s nails did turn out REALLY NICE, she was SO hapy with them, loved them & wants all her future nails to be done by her. ❤

I just wish when I booked for a nice spa experience, that it would have been a nice, slow, relaxing time…. with the ONE tech I had selected and had had before and liked how she works, slow and methodical.
We’ll be going back for sure, but I will definitely be more vocal about which tech I made my appointment with and vocalize that I want to keep the tech I had made the appointment with.

Thank you for an amazing experience! The technician was very kind and generous with her time. Even though it was a little after Saturday closing, 6pm. Great care was taken to provide beautiful gel pedicure. Facility is clean, tidy and very well maintained. Staff is very helpful and professional.

This was my first time here. I got a really great guy that did an awesome job on my pedicure, even though I was way past due. 😉And a full set of nails really big place when to expand that’s the area grows. Really nice selection of colors for the schlack. It was $90 for both for a full set of acrylic nails with slack and also a basic pedicure which still included massage and hot stones.!(before tip. )

UPDATED REVIEW:
Unfortunately, my dip manicure has come off in less than two weeks time, but my pedicure looks great. Over the past few days the polish has been lifting and my hair has been getting caught underneath the dip. In the pictures attached you can see how the bottom half of my nail looks healthy still, that is because the polish was not securely on my nail bed. Definitely sad about the way they turned out because I really liked them!

TNL has amazing customer service, a great atmosphere, and is very clean! I got a pedicure and dip manicure by THE, he was very detail oriented, it did not feel rushed at all. They had many colors to choose from which is a major bonus. I look forward to going back in the near future!
