If you are African American, please save your money and spend it elsewhere. Took my daughter here for her first full set and we will never go back. When we first entered we weren’t greeted, that’s cool, I wasn’t tripping off of that, they didnt have a receptionist so it’sunderstandable. I spoke to the gentleman providing a service to a young lady at the front table and he was very short and seemingly annoyed. I asked if there was availability to do a full set and he advised there was a waiting line, again, not a problem. I asked if my daughter could occupy a chair because the couch they had available was being occupied by a mountain of coats and a lady sprawled out speaking on the phone. Again, the man told me no and said it was her seat, pointing his finger at the couch hog. I asked since she seemed so comfortable, and made no gesture to move could my daughter please have the seat. Again I was given attitude and told no, so I grabbed my baby’s hand and walked out. We found an even better nail salon, that was clean and provided friendly service. My daughter enjoyed the experience and it was beyond worth the extra driving.
Edit: I specifically said AA because I received nothing but attitude, but his current patrons who weren’t AA received nothing but smiles and apologies that he had to stop working on their nails for all of 5 seconds to render me a short response. That was me and my daughter’s experience.

The name of this establishment does not reflect the mood or the owner. it was dark upon entering the store, unwelcoming. harsh persona, tone is rude and unfriendly, looks like the owner was growling when asked her a question, was frowning and crawling her face ; like we were bothering her. I find it rude and unprofessional when they are speaking their language in front of customers-
The actual manicure feels rushed , rough and uncomfortable . the massage i receive through the rubbed gloves were the worse ever! my pedicure was the same, the guy looks unsure and incompetent; i kept having to tell him to cut my right pinky toe nails down and file it . I had the Deluxe Spa- it felt like he was going to scrubbed my skin off-
I see why it was rated 3 overall. i should have checked before going in there.

I went there to get a pedicure and manicure I told the nail lady that I wanted square nails she did a whole other shape and did my nails shorter then what I wanted them to be my mom agreed and said she didn’t like them I do not recommend u girl so go bad idea.

Worst experience ever! They used gel polish on my toes for some reason after I said regular on the toes and gel on my fingers. I have several cuts on fingers and the gel application the man did is horrible! Thick spots and gel all over my skin. He actually tried to clip my skin to get the globs of gel off! I should have ran out the door when I seen all the dust on the polish bootle!wasted over $80 dollars
