The team is very respectful of my preference of her and is immediately accommodating almost every time I’ve visited. Picking a color is the hardest for me, yet Tracy is the queen of patience and never makes me feel rushed. First I would just like to state that the environment of the business was very comfortable and welcoming. All of the staff were nice and understanding. However I am giving 3 stars due to paying 100$ + for a pedicure and manicure, in which the manicure did not last at all. My gel nails within two days peeled off clean and easily without me doing anything. I went back and the broken nails were fixed for free (gratefully) – only to last for a shorter amount of time. The establishment was clean and professional, however the service was not the best and to be charged for small details amounting to 50$ I expected better. As this was not my first option for a nail place, I will be sticking to my regular business. Likewise, if I wanted plain nail polish – I would take into consideration this business.

I went to get my acrylic nails off and get a manicure, that ended up not happening in. They put a different polish on my acrylic nails, I was fine with that cuz I was like okay whatever. Then I found out in the middle of the appointment that they couldn’t do what was previously on my nails, which again is fine. I would have liked to have known that beforehand, though. I wasn’t greeted whenever I went inside, it was like I was invisible sitting there. After my nail appointment, the man who did my nails walked away without telling me that I was done. I sat there probably 30 minutes without him saying that I was finished or anything. I asked for him to come even up my nails a bit more and he did and then walked off again just to scroll on his phone. Finally, I went up there to pay because he wasn’t coming back or anything. I was going to leave a tip because the color is beautiful, however, the service was horrible. And I noticed later that my right index finger, the acrylic isn’t even. So it doesn’t look like the other nails. If you look up close, also there are spots that weren’t painted. I’ve gone to them in the past, but this customer service was just not it. I will be having to go somewhere else. The nail polish is already chipping on my nail, I just got my nails done 2 days ago.
Update: I went in to get my right index and middle finger fixed and they painted both of them the wrong color, it was quite noticeable, thankfully my husband pointed it out, then they fixed it. It was very obvious that it was another color. The same two people were there that were there the last time I got my nails done. Not even 30 minutes after I left the nail salon, my thumb started peeling, the polish on my thumb is just peeling off. I should have just asked for a refund straight up. If I could write this zero stars I would. The person who did my nails was there and not once did they apologize or anything. Once again, the customer service was not good. I do not recommend this place at all, Don’t waste your money..
