This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Iv been twice now, counting today & it will be my last. The owner Nancy takes forever to get started, she will walk around or even leave than come back as if nothing happened. The first time I came she was slurring her words and was slouching back in her chair. She was supposed to do my mothers nails that day and she just left the building and was gone for about 20 minutes. She’s obviously high on something. I Went today & again slurring not making sense, slouching back in her chair and being so rough like she couldn’t concentrate very well. I got up and Walked out, told her politely that I was going to leave and she demanded that I pay her for cutting my Grown out acrylics and filing them down which took her forever because she was dropping stuff and just being so slow.

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. The whole staff is kind, warm, and friendly, and treat you like family. They go above & beyond continuously and do the most INCREDIBLE, through job. They are efficient, very clean, and take their time. I cannot say enough good things- I tell everyone & anyone looking to get their nails done that they HAVE to experience this salon and their amazing team! I will continue to be a repeat customer!
