I’ve been to this nail salon maybe about 20 times and I’ve never had a bad experience. That was until today. Normally I book with John, he does AMAZING work. I only go to him for my dip nails. He doesn’t say much which is perfect. I appreciate the time to just decompress from the stressful work week. Today I decided to try a gel manicure instead of dip since I cannot have them at my current employer. I called and made an appt and then when I came in there was discussion between the staff about my appointment. I was asked 3 separate times if I had an appointment and they asked with who. I informed them that the person I spoke to on the phone with didn’t ask me who I wanted. From that point on, it was a very tense nail appointment. I asked the lady who does pedicures if I shouldn’t have made an appointment today because there seems to be a problem. She made a face and said “no problem” the lady doing my nails was trying to upsell me from changing from gel polish to dip and adding a cuticle service for $10 more. I told her no thank you because I only like John to do my dip nails. The two women proceeded to talk about me and say John’s name over and over again. It made me feel uncomfortable the entire appointment. I asked to speak with John when my appointment was done and I explained to him. If I knew he was here I would’ve booked with him because I had my first unpleasant experience today. I made an appointment for next time with John only.

Lavish Nail Lounge is top notch. It’s always immaculate, the team there is wonderful to work with and puts great care into their services (especially Iris!). Michele and Tommy are a class act! I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve came here a few times after having a lot of trouble finding a good salon in the burleson/joshua area. Linda is the best!! Every time I come see her I know I can relax and know I’m going to get a perfect set every time!! The salon is beautiful and the staff is so kind. Great selection of drinks and great prices for all their services!

I’m posting photo evidence of how fantastic Linda is. I’m showing an inspiration picture and the other will be Linda’s work. I wanted the French tip on all, but gave her creative freedom on how to do the blue design. Boy oh boy did she deliver. Linda’s work came out better than my inspiration. She is an artist! So happy to have met her!!

Decided to try out a new place, but after 5 days my white dip nails have started to have a yellow tint to them and have cracks all over. Also, the day I got them done 4/09, Cindy cut 4 of my cuticles while filing with the drill. I told her it was stinging and she told me “yeah that’s what happens when I get your skin.” I didn’t realize how bad she got me until later on. Photos in my car were the day I got them done and the other two were after 4 days of healing and definitely looks worse in person!

I have been going to Mary for many years and I love her. She does a fabulous job. I have known Michelle, the owner for about 20 years. Everyone at Lavish Nail Lounge is so very nice and accommodating. The salon is a beautiful place decorated tastefully, and a very welcoming place. I will always go to and recommend Lavish Nail Lounge to anyone looking for a first class, very professional nail salon. They offer a wide array of services. Give them a try and you will be happy you did.
