Went here to get my nails done. Was looking for something fresh for spring. Well, they sprung into action and made my nails look cuter than ever! I got a small bunny on the one and it had amazing detail. Son Doan helped me and did my nails and all she was, was helpful, kind, and skillful. Best nail salon in North East Ohio. LOVE IT! 💜💜

I was overcharged for services, and charged additional 11% for using a credit card. Most salons provide a cash discount. I’ve paid 3% but never over 10%. Service was gel nails and basic pedicure. Nothing special.

I received a pedicure today and any pedicures 60 and above u get a free steam service it was so wonderful and my skin needed it after this dry winter . This is the only place in 60 miles that provides this service . The service is always amazing here but this new steam service puts them above the rest .

**Update** I went back in today because the paint job was so terrible that I even had people asking me if my 6 yr painted them. Who I assume to be the owner was working on a customer and insisted that the original woman who did my pedicure would redo the paint. Then the original woman approached me and said she do them “real quick” but she was with a client and I didn’t want the same woman. I said I didn’t want her to leave her client and wanted someone else to repaint them. The owner proceeded to scold me about expecting them all to leave their clients and help me which was the exact thing I said I didn’t want and that I would wait. She continued to scold me so I left without repair. 100% waste of money and horribly rude. Hope this review helps anyone to decide if they want to chance being treated this way. I figured I’d give them a chance to make it right because you can’t judge an entire place on the work of one tech but I was wrong to think they had integrity.

**Original reviewBeen trying to get a decent pedicure here in Chardon. This is the second place I have tried to no avail. That said, I own my own salon in my hometown and have gotten pedicures there for the past 28 years from the best in the business. I moved and no longer have her to do them. BUT….. being in the beauty industry for 30 years I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a decent pedicure from a nail salon. As the last place I tried, the pedicure was under 20 mins. I’m still sitting here drying but this place doesn’t even have a drying station so fingers crossed that my toes dry without damage. The tech who did my pedi moved directly to her next client without washing her hands. The polish color I picked doesn’t really look like the sample but it’s an ok color. The polish application is uneven and on my cuticles. I did express that to the tech and she disagreed but removed two and did them over. Also, there are little black specs of something dried into my polish. Just paid and again, my tip reflected my dissatisfaction with the service provided. 😞

Went back today to get my nails done and the owner did an amazing job! She went above and beyond for me! I love my new nails!😍 (The glitter one’s) the other picture was from my first time going here! Absolutely love this place!
