Jenni got me, alll the way together! Ohkay! I called in for an immediate appointment when I saw the prices online. Finally, a reasonably priced salon! I’m from Philly and I guess there’s more competition there cuz the prices over all out here are ridiculous in comparison! Especially when they want to charge extra $5-$10 for every little thing even when it’s required. ie getting a full set has always included removal of the old…. Now it’s extra in the desert🤷🏽♀️. On principle I’ll take them off MYSELF. 💅🏼 BUT NOT THIS SALON! 💅🏼Queen Nail & Spa are clearly operating with honor and integrity. KUDOS to Queen Nail & Spa! Not only did I get excellent premium quality work with designs, but I could tell it was definitely the end of the day for Jenni and she was over it but she gave me outstanding customer service and being it was my 1st time I wasn’t sure what she could do or had on hand. I appreciate Jenni’s patience with me as well everyone else in the shop was very polite and friendly. I will most definitely be back and I’ll be telling every one that listens!

Paid $30 for a manicure with gel. Nails started chipping off after 2 days. These are my nails a week later. The man doing my nails was also watching a show the whole time and wasn’t paying much attention, seemed irritated the whole time and would yank my hands towards him or throw them to the side when he wanted me to do something.

What a wonderful salon! I would highly recommend them to anyone! The staff was polite and they did a fantastic job! Can’t wait to go back in three weeks!

Got a full set of acrylic nails for my birthday. This will be my first and last visit. They offer a lot of deals, however my nails came out messy and unevenly filed on the ends. I left with polish on my skin in multiple areas. The tech was quick to finish my set. Maybe other techs are better at shaping, would only recommend for basic shapes and services.

The worse nail place I ever been and worse customer service, be aware they do cheap quality, after I left the place I called them and they told me to stop by the 2nd day without appointments because they knew that my daughter she is 18 months with me, when I get there they told that they can’t fix my nails because they have customers and they asked me to come back later. Disrespectful people and I will never go back again, I share their quality of work
