This place is hit or miss. The first time I got great gel nails and pedi. The second time, I got poor dip french tips. The nails were bumpy even after I asked them to smooth them down.

My nails were a little uneven and the lady was so aggressive but I think it came out good but my hands hurt so bad from the nail tech The first picture I’m gonna show y’all is mine and the second one is my friends because my friend got her nails done and when she got them done, she told the lady short and she did them super long.

Do not recommend.
My grandma and I came 4 days ago and got nails and toes for each of us. After a two days I noticed my nails started chipping in the corners on over half of them and lifting up.

I came back today and showed them my nails that were lifting / chipping and the nail tech sat me down to fix them.

Once finished she tried to charge me for a complete refill … despite having paid for a full set 4 days prior and spending over $300 in the salon with other services.

I became upset and asked why I was paying for a refill when I got my nails done 4 days prior and the only reason I was there was because they weren’t done well. They agreed to change take $20 off the price but still charged me $30 to fix what they didn’t do correctly the first time.

I live near by and my grandma and I previously loved this salon , but we will not be back. Customer service is not adequate and if you spend that much money you expect your nails to more than a week… mine didn’t last 2 days without starting to break in the corners and yet they had no qualm about that.

Very unfortunate to experience after my grandmother has been coming to this salon for 15+ years.

First and very last time coming here! Upon sitting down the pedicure water was scolding hot (and I can take some heat usually). I told the lady but she didn’t care. Then the lady puts in a gel packet, which I thought was pretty cool didn’t explain what it was for but I just went with it. NOT knowing or even her mention it will be a $7 up charge for an item SHE DIDNT EVEN ASK me if I wanted or that she’d charge me for later. No explanation. I also showed her I wanted the $30 regular pedicure, she says ok but the older lady next to her shows me a different price list and says you want this you want this a pedicure for $50. I said no the regular one. She said oh regular you want this for $38. I noticed it was the same service but different price. I declined and showed her my lady had a different price list. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE CHARGING EACH CUSTOMER A DIFFERENT PRICE FOR THE SAME EXACT SERVICE!!

She kept cutting me throughout my service, and this was the most painful pedicure I’ve ever had. I usually enjoy them but I couldn’t help but squirm and wince in my chair. Had to keep stopping her (My friend next to me had the same problem too) Painful and unskilled techs.

Along with the staff laughing loudly and talking in their language soo loud across the room to each other the whole time I was annoyed and ready to leave at that point. Nothing about this experience was relaxing. Very loud, and obnoxious conversations.

I had to make her switch nail polishes because she created bumps, and didn’t care to smooth them out. I asked could she maybe file it down that would smooth it out she refused and had an attitude, saying it was the polish. So, I made her change the polish. Then another worker comes over and says “let me see?” But then doesn’t give the little girl any advice just being nosey and talking about it. She was such in a rush she put the top coat on before it dried and it made the polish come off. You would think she would know better, nope. This happens 3 more times!!! I finally had to say can you please let it dry before you try to polish it? She gets up and leaves while I sit there fanning my feet. She also put my flip flops on before polishing my feet. Smh pathetic.

This establishment is highly unprofessional, the women stare at you the whole time, and the service is piss poor. They upcharge to remove shellac and add on things they fail to mention is not complementary but a fee. Ridiculous! I will NEVER step foot in this place again. I only went because the other shop was closed for Memorial Day. Huge mistake.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would put NEGATIVE STARS if I could!!! Hands down worst salon I’ve ever been to! The woman made my nails look like potato wedges in shape and then left one of my nail shapes drooping like it’s sad or somethin! I highly recommend you go elsewhere for any nails. It looks like a crackhead did my nails in a trap house!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY TO GO HERE!!
