i will be coming back here for the rest of my
life!!! jenny and the whole staff were so nice and she made my nails look amazing. she took her time but worked quickly, my nails look great and i am very satisfied. i’m usually very picky about my nails but she communicated very well with me and wanted me to be satisfied. she also did a great job on my pedicure and gave me a great price! i paid $85 for a long french tip + pedicure, only $55 for my nails!! i tipped $20 for amazing service, so i paid $105 out the door. i will definitely be coming back for the foreseeable future and will recommend her and queen nails to everyone. very very happy🩷💗

It was alright… I payed 105 plus 10 dollar tip for gels on my toes, and a full set but there’s a few bubbles and the nail tech didn’t even cut off my dead cuticles. When she asked me about doing my nails I had a hard time getting her to understand what I want so I didn’t even get what I wanted. The reason I was getting my nails done is because I was treating myself for my birthday, I didn’t get what I wanted, they didn’t listen well and didn’t really care to communicate or talk to me about colors or prices instead asked me personal questions I don’t want strangers knowing about like how old I am and if I’m married or a single parent. I won’t be coming back.

It’s Thursday and I had my pedicure done on Saturday. So many grown women in there acting like entitled children that the nail tech rushed my service and my nails weren’t cured properly. They all peeled off clean, like a sticker. I feel because I was one of the few customers in there not being rude, she used the time I was paying for to catch up with everyone else’s service. Been coming here since the early 2000s; all proms, wedding day. I drove 45 minutes to them because they normally do such a nice job.

Nails done by Tam! He did an amazing job, and came up with this white & gold design on the spot. Very friendly and GREAT attention to detail.
