I normally don’t post reviews, but I needed to with this one. Sassy is my go-to salon hands down and has been for years. Of course there have been instances where I couldn’t get in on such short notice (totally my fault) and had to get my nails done somewhere else. I can tell you with MASSIVE confidence that Sassy’s is the BEST nail salon HANDS DOWN. Not once have I walked out disappointed, and when I have, it hasn’t been outta their salon! In all the nail salons I have been to over the years (and it’s quite a few!) Sassy does not disappoint. Shout-out to Johnny, Bella, Theresa, and everyone else for being amazing at what you do! The prices are exceptional and you really can’t find a better place for the quality you are gonna get.

Just this year, I started getting my nails “dipped” – at a DIFFERENT salon in town. I loved the results, but had trouble getting an appointment there.
So I thought I’d try Sassy.
Sassy has a large selection of dip powders. But, unfortunately, their brand of powder cracks and chips off after 3 days.
(My other salon uses OPI brand. THEIR dip lasts for over 3 weeks with no chipping.)
But that’s not the worst part of my experience at Sassy:
When I called 4 days after my dip and told the owner about the cracking (please see photo)… and respectfully asked for an appointment to have them redone, the REAL rudeness started!!!
The owner was PROFOUNDLY rude, arrogant, and disrespectful!! Somehow the cracking and chipping was ALL MY FAULT.
I politely maintained my insistence to get them redone. He Granted me an appointment.
I walked in, showed him the broken nails. After arguing, blaming me, he relented…
“but this is the LAST TIME!!” he says…
WHAT?? I’ve only ever been there once! He’s right about “the last time”… I wasn’t planning on returning. Ever!
That appointment was a VERY uncomfortable sullen 40 minutes.

I don’t expect much from a nail salon.
I’m paying $45 for nice-looking nails that stay nice until my next appointment 2 weeks later…It’s always pleasant to chat with the person who’s holding your hand for 30-40 minutes… but even a comfortable cheerful silence is okay…

It’s been a week since I had them redone by Mr. Arrogant. 5 nails have already broken off, Again.
And, no, I am not going back there to have them re-redone!

I enjoyed my experience today over all. The pedicure looks good and the technician was pretty thorough overall especially with the massage. The place did feel a little outdated. And in that sense, while I don’t think anything was actually unclean, it felt like everything was worn. The technician I had also clearly smokes cigarettes because I could smell it faintly when we walked in and again after he left for a moment when our nails were drying. Also they did not have a drying station which I found different from my other experiences. They have a rewards-based punch card program which I think is super cool!! I definitely didn’t have a bad experience at all but I might try a few other places before making this my go to.

My Nails is beautiful and my 14th yrs old daughter diana was able to get her nails done on how she wanted it and was very satisfied. I forgot to leave a tip i felt bad I’m leaving double next time! I highly recommend this salon! Thanks sassy salon ❤️👍

They are amazing! A few months ago I got a full set on Jan 2nd and they lasted me till Feb 3rd. No nail broke off or anything. They do much a good job and whatever you want they will take care of you. I went a few days ago and showed the guy a pic of what I wanted and he did it with no problem. Only $50 plus tip. It’s only appt only and they book really quickly so get in there while you can. I won’t go anywhere else 🙂 very happy customer!
