I had to write a review because this is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have always had the worst luck when it came to getting my nails done that I stopped getting them done before finding this place. Every single nail tech does absolutely amazing work and each photo is from someone new. Along with everyone being so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

We got our nails done yesterday and they already look like they are going to peel off, we paid $100 for two gel pedicures. We paid for the spa pedicure but were not given the foot massage even though it was supposed to be given. Was left with a bunch of stuff in the back of my leg. One of my toes is bleeding from the filing. And water for pedicure was cold even though we asked them to make it warm. Very disappointing.

Me and best friend go here about every two weeks and we’re always greeted like we’re friends/family! Very welcoming atmosphere and also professional. Sue always takes care of the customer and does her best to make sure no one leaves unsatisfied. It’s clean and organized and I’ve never had to wait to be helped. They offer drinks too! Highly recommend. Been going here for my nails for 2 years now.

I just relocated to Raleigh and went to another, slightly higher rated, shop a few weeks back. I usually don’t go to a place unless it’s 4.6 or more. I’m very particular about my nails and service. From the moment I walked in everyone was so kind and accommodating. I asked if they thought I could be out of there by 10:45 as I had an 11 meeting. Lily instantly shifted gears and asked someone to come do my pedicure while she stood and did my nails. I was going to get the more expensive pedicure but she suggested I wait until I had more time so it wasn’t rushed and I could relax.
They didn’t have enough polish color to do my pedi and mani but they were patient and even had helpful recommendations on which color to choose. They have made a forever customer. Lily heard everything I wanted about my nails and delivered. A little cut down, thick (I’m rough on my hands) and square but not sharp corners. Linda did a fabulous job on my pedicure. Their collaboration allowed me to not feel stressed or rushed and I was home in time for my meeting. 10/10 highly recommend. Also, Sue the owner made it a point to stop by my station and just say hi to me. Very friendly establishment.

Got a pedicure with gel nails. The lady stabbed me under my toenail and started bleeding and never apologized. Then my gel polish started chipping 3 days later. She added a tip on the card without telling me too. Won’t be back.
