Excellent service, the salon/spa is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean. My stylist, Bangs, was very kind and knowledgeable, she brought my hair back to life. She even took the time to show me how to use flexirods to roll my hair at home. I have long, thick natural hair, no chemicals and it’s so silky right now😊. I thought I need to do a big chop and at the consult she told me I did not need to cut my hair so yesterday she just trimmed it and it’s beautiful. I will be a regular for this silk press and will check out other services they offer as well.

Excellent! Calm relaxing environment. Always on time. I’ve used different stylists and they have all delivered with high quality. Shania did her thing with these cornrows. And previously Bangs did my color. Pics for both.

Great atmosphere, neat and clean salon. Only reason didnt give 5 stars because service took longer than expected.( came in at 2pm and left close to 6pm) things happen … I only came for loc maintenance ( which I wasn’t informed until arrival that I needed to bring the hair to make some of the locs thicker) which is totally fine. The staff is very well educated when it comes to hair and how to maintain healthy hair. Especially janay I think her name was ( the head stylist) . I plan on coming back because they offered a lot of different services.

I have been seeing Janay regularly for the better half of a year now and she has helped educate me on my texture and even did my wedding hair this past week and I received so many compliments!! My hair is so silky and smooth and even though I fight her on trims she always knows what’s best for my hair and my silk presses are some of the best I have had with NO relaxer ! Excited to work with her on my growth process🤍 She is also so sweet and nice and listens to me yap her ear off haha 😂

I SAT IN THE STEAM BOWL FOR AN HOUR AND THEN WALKED OUT.

My first time going here. My appointment was at noon, and I arrived on time. The stylist placed me in the steam bowl and never came back. This was a classic case of get a client’s hair wet and stick them in the sink to wait as long as you want them to. I don’t have words for this level of TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL service by an ARROGANT stylist who thinks clients will wait on her as long as she wants them to. I will continue to go to DC and get my hair done when I go up there for work once a month. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this salon. This is why black businesses don’t get the business they need because we don’t value each other’s time, money and business.
