Hands down the best Ulta I have been to. Everything was very clean and orderly. I will say the stock on some of the makeup (new/viral items) seemed a little low, but nothing drastic. There weren’t any big empty spaces or anything.
All the staff were very friendly. I can’t say enough good things about Jacob. He is amazing. He was so helpful and took the time to explain the products and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. He created an environment where you felt like you could ask questions without feeling like a moron or judged. That’s rare. It didn’t feel like I was there to be sold stuff. It felt like I was stopping by a friends house to ask advice. I was not expecting such an awesome experience. Definitely will be returning & recommending.

I’m often put off by pushy Salesclerks that only care about the sale. Erin isn’t that way, she knows her product and her kindness is what brought me back to the store to make a purchase.

I had the pleasure of having Christian assist me with finding a concealer, mascara, and foundation this week. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He helped with putting the concealer and makeup on. He did an awesome job matching me up with the tarte foundation. He also introduced me to mascara for my small lashes, the tight line. Christian provided awesome customer service!

Lately I have gone to this location to change up foundation, powders and concealers for my maturing skin. I had no idea of the products I wanted or needed. Kanesha from Clinique has been over the top helpful the last 2 visits. She tested products on me and guided me. We tried Clinique and other brands till we found what I was looking for. I could have never found what I needed without her. I appreciate both her expertise and time.

I have not bought make up in quite some time due to.me working outside everyday. I was pleased to have Christian a consultant ask if I needed help ad I probably looked confused at all the options available. Lol. He didn’t embarrass me or make me feel inept bc of my lack of knowledge on all that is out there. He guided me to what I needed exactly to fit my needs and found me the perfect eyebrow color and some sunscreen that doesn’t run or make me feel.like I have heavy makeup on. He was professional, fun and empathic to my needs. He made my experience great n in looking forward to next time coming in and seeking him out for a help with other needs. Thanks Christain ur a great employee n hard worker.
