I have been going here for years. I’ve been to several different nail techs here and have never once been disappointed. Whenever I want special nail art done I request Mary, who is amazingly talented and the art always comes out even better than I imagined.

i got charged $120 for a set of gel-x nails with relatively simple art and it took 2.5 hours for them to be done. there’s a TON of glue under the nails making them super chunky, the shape is pretty uneven, the base coat is splotchy, and the art is nice but not as neat as it could’ve been. for that amount and that length of time i just expect so much more. bummer because the people there were nice, i was just less than thrilled with my service.

I was recommended this salon by my sons friend. After my first experience here I was very disappointed because i got low effort, it looked like my five year old had painted my nails. The employee that did my nails did not acknowledge that the UV light was not working even after i told her many times during the procedure. she also did not offer to move me to another working station, she did not do a proper cleaning of my cuticles after she put the gel polish on my nails it turned out bubbly and all the side of my nail skin were covered by gel. She said that whatever I had on the side of my nail would be removed by me just washing my hands and never made an attempt to clean up my nails. I was more furious when I went back to the salon and complained, she told her boss that I did not like the color, which was not true. She did fix after i complained, but it took more time than it should have. As well as made the side of my nail bleed trying to remove the gel polish that supposedly came out with just water. The service was very bad. After 3+ hours of bad service and a charge of $115 i came out with lousy nails and cuts all over my fingers! I have a wedding soon and let her know. Very unacceptable.
Edit: The employee also offered a metallic gel for my nails, however, she failed to mention it was more expensive. And worse she completely ruined my nails. I originally expected to pay anywhere from $70-90 ended up paying $115 due to a hidden charge.

I don’t trust anyone but Nini with my nails. She is incredibly precise and takes her time to make sure each nail is perfect. Whether it’s a pedicure or manicure, Nini always does the BEST job!!

I went and got my nails done with the intention of getting acrylics but was talked out of getting that by the tech and instead get gel X because it “lasts longer and looks more natural.” I got my nails done for my vacation and they lasted 4 days before they started to get my hair stuck underneath them therefore making them loose and pop off. I called and rescheduled, however situations happened where I had canceled flights and work and therefore couldn’t make my appointment and voiced that to them by leaving multiple voicemails and no one getting back to me until the day of. I asked for a refund and they said the best they can do is have me come in today or get half off the next set bc I “pushed it back too long” when these events were out of my control. So now I am out of over $80 and no nails!
