Great service and such friendly staff, I’ve seen both Danny and Mimi who do an excellent job. I had a broken nail and wanted to keep some of the length on the rest so I went to my appointment accepting the fact they would end up being different lengths… Mimi was able to disguise this so well I was shocked at how good they looked with the prior breakage. 😍 After experiencing other salons in the area I’m relieved to have found a place where I know I’ll always be satisfied when I leave!

The picture on the left is what another salon did. Heritage welcomed me with only 20 minutes until closing to change my design. Sophie was amazing, sweet, and kind. She ensured to give me the design and shape I would love. Safe to say I learned my lesson. I highly recommend Sophie!!!!

I was recommended this location from a friend and I was excited to go to this location. It wasn’t a long wait and the nail tech was friendly. I don’t want to give her name because her service was fantastic. This was my first time trying dip powder (I also don’t wear acrylic, natural nails only) I was slightly disappointed because I thought this would be better for my nails and it could be but my appointment was 11/25 and on 12/5 nails began to chip and some started to fall off so I decided to take all of them off because they were getting caught in my hair. I’m not sure how long dip powder should last but I’m used to my polish lasting for at least 3 weeks with gel. I do want to try the powder one more time, and if it happens again then I will have to go back to gel. But again, the nail tech was great and this review isn’t toward her personally, just the product itself.

The place is very pleasant and clean inside. I requested a French pedicure. The woman was rough and I did not enjoy the massage. They do not use a light pink on the nail bed. The answer I received was “we don’t do that here”. I have been getting french pedicures for years and have always had some sort of color on the nail bed. I won’t be returning.

Excellent nail spa! I’m a client of several years. I return regularly because of their attention to detail and friendly technicians and my nails look great and never lift or separate. Also, the place is always clean and their equipment is kept in good condition. Highly recommended Lily, Lee, Tiffany & Mike and all of the staff.
PS – they do great pedicures too.
