Royal Nail Spa has a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. They have a wide amount of nail options. Their attention to detail and customer services is on point. I highly recommend.

Unsatisfactory service. Extremely disrespectful & unprofessional management. The numerous negative reviews are true – on Google, Yelp & Facebook. I highly recommend blissful nail spa, instead.
To address the response, applying three coats of a nude polish is not the same as ‘painting three times’. Please don’t stretch the truth to justify your lack of service.
A polish application, and a cuticle removal are two separate services. I was very unhappy with the poor polish application, and was fair in communicating this to the tech and asking it to be removed before leaving the chair.
If a technician isn’t capable of providing a professional polish application due to lack of skill, care, or training, the salon has the responsibility to communicate those expectations with the customer, before charging for a professional service. If I wanted an amateur effort, I could’ve done that at home – FOR FREE.
Yelling, berating, and insulting a customer for addressing unsatisfactory service is incredibly inappropriate.
If this salon had any sincere interest in resolving the situation, they would have offered a more skilled tech to fix, or remove it from the total, as requested during checkout.
The aggressive and unprofessional behavior is a repeated tactic to coerce customers into paying for unsatisfactory services, rather than properly rectifying these situations. Other reviews confirm similar past experiences with management.

This was a really weird experience and I really felt like giving 2 stars instead. The tech who did my nails did okay overall… with the exception of hurting me quite a few times and not cleaning up my nails underneath and on the sides. The 1st weird thing was the way everyone was acting when I came in and how they seemed confused about who I was there for. I scheduled an appointment with Danny online as a first time customer a while back. The lady who checked me in acting confused as if she didn’t understand who I was there to see and mixing me up with someone named Jessica. After checking in on the tablet, they finally came over and told me Danny was no longer working there (which I think was a lie). I am thinking to myself how come I was never notified? Then I ask for Lucy and they tell me she’s available and can do my nails. A male tech ends up doing my nails which I doubt was Lucy. The entire time, about 4 different techs continue to hover and walk around me and the tech while he’s doing my nails and I do mean “hover.” I am thinking to myself, is he in training or did I ask for a unique request? I asked for ombré and most salons are doing it. So I am extremely uncomfortable with that the entire time. Then one of the hovering techs kept coughing all close by instead of going towards the back… ??? Then when my nails are finished, I remind the tech to wax my eyebrows and the techs scramble again like they don’t know who’s going to do it 🤦🏽♀️… then the lady who did it was rough, unfriendly and damn near stuck her finger threw my eye. The eyebrows looked okay but I have had a much better experience elsewhere. All over their website, is 20% off for first time customers who sign up online. I signed up when I scheduled the appointment and the only information/communication I received was the appointment confirmation email the day I scheduled, and an appointment reminder the day of. I was asked for a code that I never received and because I didn’t have one, and my phone number already existed in the system (which would if I signed up online- duh!), the 20% off wasn’t honored. I said never again! Will never return!! Terrible experience!

Amazing service, I have been going there for a few months and the staff are very friendly and super helpful. They always do my nails professionally and perfectly and I leave very happy. No matter what design or picture I bring them, they make sure to do my nails just like how I envisioned them to look 🥰🥰. Thank you 😘😘
