Absolutely Looooove Diamond Nails!! My nail tech Yen took such great care of me today. Visiting from out of town and had stopped at a different nail salon b4 coming here for a Pedi.. wish I would have found Diamond Nails first!! Truly impressed with their outstanding care and customer service is unbeatable! My tech was so thorough and great with communicating throughout my visit. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

UPDATE: My shellac pedicure lasted three days (only one toe has color on my right foot) and my big toe on my left foot is infected. Sparing you guys the photos. 😭

I’m visiting from out of town and my friend that met me here had a great experience and her nails looked great. I was a little disappointed with my experience. I was needing a neutral/sage green for an event I’ll be working (below) and the color wasn’t the best match. The girl up front told my manicurist the wrong color and we had to stop my pedicure to put my shoes on so I could go back to the front to try and find it. My pedicure was really painful and my big toe looks like it might bleed later. But I’m mostly upset that my cuticles weren’t cleaned up and look pretty bad. There wasn’t any type of massage, lotion or cuticle oil applied after either. I’ll be doing my cuticles myself when I get home.

I tried a few places before finally staying with diamond nail bar. Their customer service is exceptional their prices I think are pretty reasonable. The atmosphere is great the place seems to be very clean and sterile, I’ve had a few different nail techs but Natalie is by far my favorite. Her work is amazing, consistent, thorough, and she can also do the cat eye nail polish which I love so much. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Lucy has been doing my nails for a few years now, I moved an hour and a half away to Houston and Lucy STILL does my nails! Need I say more! Love her!!!!

I Had an appointment recently but received a call from someone stating that the tech had a emergency so the tech could not do my nails. This is not the issue. The issue is I asked if there is another time I could get my nails done with the tech and they told me no I don’t when she can see you. No other suggestions where offer at all, my appointment was simply canceled. I thought this was rude and unprofessional. This person on the phone could have at least refer me to someone eles instead of just telling me we don’t know when you can see that tech. This is poor customer service. I didn’t like how the situation was dealt with and so I will not step foot back into this establishment.
