I’ve given Posh several chances over the years and unfortunately can’t handle 3+ hours of poor service and quality anymore. Appointments are written down on sticky notes, and mean nothing unless you have a specific person. I always go at opening to beat the crowd, but the less chaotic environment still doesn’t help. I spent $146 this past weekend for bleeding cuticles and stained fingers. Forget asking for a design too. Their special is painting half fingernails and basic French tips.

HORRIBLE! The nails came out nice enough but when it was time for my toes l, OMG. I went by early yesterday morning looking to get pampered before a trip out of town…WORST MISTAKE EVER. There is an older guy there ( can’t remember his name) & if he has to do your feet, RUN. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO THE NEXT SALON & even if you ran barefooted I promise by the time you get there your feet will still look better than if you let him touch them. If I weren’t in such a hurry to get to my destination, I would have never let them get away with this foolishness.

I use to love posh, but after today I will never return. It’s never been the same since Heather left years ago and now Mandy is gone as well. I simply needed one nail fixed I got there around 12:45 and they told me to come back after 5 and it wasn’t even my fault my nail was messed up, they didn’t put a clear coat over my glitter and it peeled right off. Went to Coco Nail and Spa and they fixed my nails with no hesitation and they made it look how I wanted it to. Also I got my lashes done Saturday as well and they are already falling out, Mandy was so awesome with lashes I’m so sad she left.

I came here as a walk in to get my lashes done. I got the feeling that the young lady was upset because I didnt make an appointment (I didnt know that was their policy being that I’m not from Savannah). After conferring with her boss in the next room she came out walked to the back and the boss had to tell me to follow her and she would do my lashes. So, customer service is poor and needs improvement. Moving on, the decor was beautiful, lush and posh. And service was quick maybe too quick since my lashes started falling off 2 days later.

i’ve been going here since the ending of august 2021 i didn’t start having problems untill october 2021 as you can tell the difference my boyfriend brings me and i always get either a fill in & pedicure or full set o& pedicure my pink set was beautiful, the purple set was also beautiful!! i remember back in october with my yellow set i google translated the ladies conversation as a joke and another worker tried to service me but my nail tech said “ oh no this my client , good tipper “ so i started paying attention since clearly yall kno me and yk how i like to be serviced because “ ima good tipper so w my yellow set i felt like she rushed and i said something i NEVER keep my mouth close if i feel some way i speak up !! with my cow set i asked for straighter nails because sometimes their bulky and i don’t like that at all she said she’d file it down my nails were still fat therefore i didn’t tip my usual $25 i tip $10 &10 to who did my toes , fast forward to the set i have currently she completely rushed she dented one nail and laughed my nails are crooked i said “ their crooked “ she said “ i fix for you “ and continued polishing i then pointed out how both hands the nails look sloppy applied and she said “ you picky how boyfriend handle you “ and i laughed with her and said “ well he’s paying so he’s not want to pay for anything i don’t like “ i went to to the back and they charged my boyfriend $165 for nails literally so i addressed it because that’s a lot for nails that’s not even worth it now the service and quality i got w that purple set i would’ve paid $165 but for these ice cream nails absolutely not but ofc they refused a refund and she said “next time pick something else “ lol the more i went the less they cared about their quality and professionalism and just started throwing prices ! i will never step foot in there again tho i tell you that
