I went to them to get my nails done last week they always do a wonderful job I never had any complaints but one of my nails broke off so I went back to them for them too fix it & they tried to charge me $5. I didn’t think I should pay $5 for a broken nail when I just came in for a fill in a week prior, they have lost a very very loyal customer.

Recently started going to this salon, and Selena is always so professional and nails my designs everytime. Can’t go wrong with picking her to do your nails. I have yet to try other techs here but everytime I arrive everyone is so nice and welcoming!

RUNNNNNNNNN away!!! Customer service is horrible and Joseph is extremely rude. I returned the next day after getting my nails done and spending $282.00 for pedicure and a full set for my daughter and I. I noticed my thumb nail had a crack on the side and I asked if they can repair it. Joseph stated no that will be $8.00. Even if i was just here. He stated that, I caused it to crack. This normally occurs if they file the side too much. He asked to see my nails again then bent my finger back for me to see. I lost it!
Please do not use them!!! Save your money and time.

I had a bad experience less than a week ago and I paid $100 for a full set. I went back in that same day, about 30 mins later and requested that they fix a few issues and they charged me $20 more. I still wasn’t happy but then two days later they started breaking off and the gel polish was chipping. I just got a chance to go back today, less than a week later and requested that they fix the broken nails and change the chipped polish. I went ahead and let them fill in the others so they would be the same as the repaired nails. I was charged $105 today. I spoke with the manager and he had the conversation with me in front of the nail tech that I was displeased with rather than speaking to me privately. They proceeded to have a conversation in front of me, about me and the situation, in a different language when they both were able to speak clear English. Speaking in their native tongue is not an issue but when you’re trying to resolve an issue with someone who doesn’t speak that language it seems a bit distasteful to exclude me in that way. Needless to say I have spent over $225 and I am still not happy with the way my nails look. The manager offered no resolution at all and barely even apologized, he in fact just walked away. I didn’t raise my voice, I was not rude, and I will not be going back there for any reason other than to show them how terrible my nails still look.

Iris is my favorite Nail tech at Legacy. She is sweet, and shapes my nails the best. I recommend booking an appointment, because the shop is always busy
