Never again!!! Appointments mean nothing to this salon even if you’re a loyal customer. They take other appointments or walk ins at your slotted time if that customer has a more expensive service. They play dumb as if they didn’t see your appointment on the books or say that it was a mistake. Several customers said its happened to them as well. I let it go twice and today the third time I sensed the owner and the nail technician is in on the scam of taking customer first that has more expensive services done . They know you’ll wait anyway so they dont care if you had an appointmentor not. It’s not about the customer or customer service, it’s about how much money they can make. The audacity to raise
prices and still make you wait an hour. Well never again. What a horrible way to run a business.

I love going to this salon! Everyone is always friendly and they always do the best job on my nails. You can just tell by the photos what an outstanding job they do. Excellent service as always. ☺️

I have been going to the nail spa for years. They, hands-down have the best pedicure in Flower Mound! The foot and leg massage is divine! They keep up with the trends and can do whatever style you need. Lately, I have been loving chrome nails for a fun change. I get compliments everywhere I go.
