What I wanted inspo pic vs. 😐what I got. Very nice girl that did my pedicure and she did so good and took her time and made sure I was comfortable and she actually took care of me. However The older guy that did my nails, my nails turned out AWFUL. If I could give negative stars I would. He rushed and didn’t do very good at all and he also cut me with the file on both sides of my finger and it was pretty deep on one side. I was bleeding and he just kept going. My nails were uneven and thick. I won’t be going back here again.

The guy that does my nails most times does a fantastic job, I really should have asked for his name to mention here. Sometimes it has taken a while to start the services I’m there for but I understand. I have gone to a few other nail places and been disappointed by price and procedure, I keep coming back here as the prices are a cheaper and the quality of the nails is something I never have to worry about. I haven’t had the same experience as others describe here.

The worst, I will never be back, I usually go to lovely nails in hinesville but I took my niece here for her birthday because she lives in pembroke, it was the absolute worst. The guy who did my nails was extremely rough, he cut me like 6 times just taking my polish off, he didn’t even cut my nails or do anything at all but put lotion on and hot towel, and take off my polish. No trim or anything, didn’t even file them which lucky for me because they did with my niece and it was used! U was fed up at this point and didn’t even want them to polish my nails so the guy get up and leaves, I was sitting there like what’s going on and I had to ask the lady if I was done because the guy said nothing just left. They don’t even use clean, sterilized tools. The floor was disgusting in here. I wish i wouldn’t have wasted my money. Honestly if I could give negative stars I would. Don’t even bother. I spent 110 dollars for what? And when I asked for a refund for mine they got rude and disrespectful. I asked for the owners number and was given a business card. I reported them to the ga business licensing and also the health department. Do better. 3 pedicures too less than 20 minutes. That’s crazy.

I went into shop for the 1st time & last time Friday for sns/dip powder and pedi.
By the time I arrived at my family’s in Indiana on Mon 11-21, moms bday, only 4 nails in tact, 6 broke off my natural nails into skin.
I tried calling the # from the website and received only message the wireless customer was unavailable.
Since moving from Atlanta area to Savannah area finding a worthwhile nail tech for prices they charge post pandemic isn’t worth it!
