I’m usually pretty chill at nail salons because I almost never leave happy, so I just deal with a few mistakes and take what I can get. But this one, the pedicure was fine. But I got acrylics done and I have never been more unhappy with a service. The girl that did them (I did not catch her name unfortunately) cut me multiple times. She asked me how short I wanted my nails and showed where she was going to cut, and before I could tell her to go a little longer, she cut it anyways. So they turned out super short and stubby. I did tell her I wanted shorter nails, but if she’d actually waited for my answer, she’d have known I didn’t want them that short. The shape was terrible once she started adding the dip. And I kept asking her to fix things to the point she called me picky. I went and got them redone at a different place and am extremely happy with that outcome.

Jen is an amazing nail tech !!! High recommend if you are OCD she makes sure all nails are same length and shape ! I got French tips and she made sure each tip matched!! She also cleans under the nails so it’s no acrylic balls are stuck . And keep in mind my pinky nail was missing 1/3 of the nail and she worked carefully but still did what needed to be done ! No pain no cuts . She cleans all her tools after each use . Everything about her service is top tier ! Love her work !!!! Thanks Jen 💕💕

Everyone is super nice! However, they were a little rough with me and cut almost every cuticle including the side of my finger. Don’t know if I’ll be going again.

We walked in at 6pm and didn’t leave until 9. It took three hours for a deluxe pedicure. They said the wait was only 20 minutes but we waited with our feet soaking for nearly an hour.
The ladies were incredibly slow and I had to explain how I wanted my toenails several times and they’re still not correct. I had to switch ladies with the person I came with.
The design was hard to get right, or even passable, and I just asked for diagonal stripes with two different colors, which is the easier version of what I actually wanted.
I had to ask for more drink.
The massage wasn’t long or very good at all.
Person I came with paid full price for us, they did not offer anything off for the trouble. What they didn’t foresee is me writing this Google review. He’s a nice guy. I was heated at how badly things went wrong here this evening, because it took so long we couldn’t do the other things we wanted to do.
Can’t recommend this place at all for pedicures.

Worst experience yet! My nails didn’t last a week and I came back and tried getting them fixed… first time I came in the owner told me no and I had to wait an an hour or 2 to get one nail fixed. She was extremely rude but I just left because It was unreasonable to wait that long for one nail. I came back 4 days later to try to get them fixed again but now it was two broken nails. She said they never had the color of my original nails and told me they had no color to match. I tried finding colors similar but suddenly they were out of everything. She told me I could pay for a full new set or just have two different color nails. They were extremely rude and would not recommend this place to anyone.
