I have been coming here since I moved to the area in February and absolutely love this salon!! Chinh does a phenomenal job and I would definitely recommend her! I have shown here a number of different sets and she delivers every single time!! Every time I come in, there are always other customers who the staff is on first name basis with and you can tell they have taken the time to get to know each other! The sets I’ve gotten tend to be on the pricier side but I don’t mind paying for quality nails! And the sets can last me 4 weeks and I’ve never had a nail break!

New to the area and comparing many salons I decided on this location. I’m happy with that decision. I was greeted promptly and did not have to wait, although I was early for my appt. Phil was very pleasant. The ambiance of the shop is different and nice. I love my nails. The lady did a good job on my pedicure – I hadn’t had one in 2 months, and she took her time. The request I had was solved quickly for my water. Very friendly technicians. They have a reward program. The only suggestion I would make is to have a price chart. Website is informative for services but no prices there, neither. Nonetheless, I don’t think my services were too pricey. I would recommend and return.

Went here for a massage and it was phenomenal! Lea was amazing and will definitely be back for the massage only.
Now, the person who did my pedicure was extremely rude and didn’t ask me what type of pedicure I wanted and was VERY rough with my feet to the point where it wasn’t comfortable. Very impersonal.
My nails were done okay but as soon as I left the polish (gel) started peeling. While I was getting them done the polish wasn’t covering my whole nail and the guy kept patching it and it looks that way upon completion. Very patchy. It’s peeling just after one day! See pictures!
I use to go here alot for nails and pedicure and I now remember why I stopped going.
There’s better options in Pooler for
Nails and toes! But definitely go see Lea for the massage! She’s the bomb!

Everyone working here at Eden Day Spa and nails in Pooler Georgia are so nice and do awesome work! They always accommodate my time and work fast so I am not sitting and waiting a long time. Philip usually always does my nails and Davis my pedicure. If you want special designs they all can do it, however, Chin is Spectacular!! I always look forward to my nail day there. Here is just two of my nail designs they done for me.

This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever been to. And I am a hairdresser. If I ever treated a client the way I and my family were treated, I would loose clients. I had scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time for nails, a pedicure, a massage and 2 facials. When I walked and was asked what I wanted and explained that we had appointments, the man blew me off and was only concerned on starting on the nails. I stated my concern to the guy about why my mother and her friend were not being serviced and he just blew it off. An hour after our appointment, he decided to call the facialist and placed me on the phone with her and all I got was excuses. And he kept stating that the nails were separate from the spa. Which I was confused since their sign plainly states spa and nails. And there website states the same. So the end result was my mom’s friend got a facial and my mom, who I was treating for mother’s day, got no services because of the 2 hr wait before even attempting to get started. And I got pink and white nails. Which I’m very disappointed of the look of my nails.
Well as you can see below my review I was told to contact as soon as possible. So today, May 20, 2024, I called the spa and was given the number to the owner. I left him a message in the morning and never got a return call. I feel the only reason why he responded to make it look as if he tried to make it right. And I also wanted to say my nails are the worst nail job I have ever gotten. I got them done on, Thursday May 16, 2024, and they are starting to lift in the cuticle area and the guy who did them didn’t push my cuticle back so they look as if they need to be done again. ☹️
