From the second I walked into the salon I was greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever met! I came in for a transformation color wise and Maggie 100% delivered! And I loved that one of her other colleagues even stepped in to help her (since I have so much hair) ! All around amazing service! She really took her time and didn’t try to rush the process whatsoever!

I actually love my beautician, Karyn, at Shear Designs. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for >6 months. 2x I was told the person is new, never heard of her, and wouldn’t take a message. There are closed days when voice mails I left weren’t returned later. When I try to book online, Karyn has no available time.
I just took an appointment for a shampoo, cut, + blow dry for 1.5 hours before my drivers license renewal out of desperation. I left a message to say I MUST be at MVA on time. (Appointment should end 30 minutes earlier.) During posting, the time was cut from 1:45PM to 1.
I’m struggling not to switch locations.

Had a haircut and blow dry with Maggie. Fantastic experience. I am a recent retiree and don’t style my hair much anymore. Maggie gave me a wonderful short cut. Very manageable. Thank you Maggie and I will continue to go to Shear Designs!

Maggie takes her time and makes it such an enjoyable experience I look forward to my appointments. I am so thankful my husband met her husband and referred to her.

I went in for a cut and blowout with Kiley and it was a great experience. She told me all the products she used and thier purpose along with provided a cut for my kinda curly hair that was just what I wanted.
