The last 2 times i went, the gel was done terribly. It literally came off after i showered. Another time i waited 30 minutes, a request came in and they bumped me for the person who just walked in. I understand requests but i was furious.

Had a dip manicure, he took the polish off started working on the dip process. The polish is on my cuticles. I am very disappointed and then was charged 58.00 which I think is outrageous for the service I received not even lotion after.

First and last time. Booked my appointment via text. Upon arrival I was nearly turned away. Once I showed proof of my appointment then Mai agreed to see me. Atmosphere was ok the young lady who greeted me was kind. My nail tech didn’t speak to me or make eye contact, uncomfortable. Instead she talked to a co- worker the entire time. Overall I feel like I was robbed of my time and money. I know prices have went up but I walked out paying $77.00 for what looks like Lee Press on Nails! Extremely disappointed and no it wasn’t worth me saying anything or complaining but hopefully my review and pics will save another new client the anger and embarrassment I have from going here.

This was my worse dip manicure I ever had!
I have been getting dip manicure for 5 years.
The tech was very ruff and sanding into my cuticle without a sorry! My finish project has multiplex color variations because he did not use brush to take off excess powder and used his finger to try to fix uneven material! He used 4 coats and it still has different colors! He blamed it on dip! My advice don’t go there very bad! Still charged me full amount, said to come back again. NO
