If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t know his name but he made me feel uncomfortable and made my anxiety shoot through the roof!

First he asked what color, I said a pink. he showed me a powder and I said sure. Then I started feeling unsure and I asked if I could see more just to double check. He pretty much just tossed the samples to me and said, “I was trying to save you time.” I ended up with his color, I have to say is pretty.

He asked what shape, I said square with round edges…he said, “just let me pick the shape and I know what I’m doing.” I said I didn’t like it and he yelled, “you people come in here with a picture and expect that we make it look natural …”. I finally asked, “well are you paying for it? And if he didn’t want to do it let someone else.”

It was the most uncomfortable situation I have ever been in at a nail salon. I went in was super kind, tried to make light of the situation. I will never go there again.

If I could give this place -100 I would!. Horrible horrible service! Why am I spending $65 to $80 on a service and u doing it halfway because you busy watching a game on your phone! What kind of service is this? I regret spending my money here and would never come back. This man deserved 0 tip and that’s exactly what he got from me! No wonder the place was empty. From the minute I walked in and saw noone I should have gotten the memo.
It’s either u change your staff or close down because the rate yall going, it’s heading in that direction. Sorry to say!

PS: SPOT THE PHONE IN THE PIC! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I have been with Annie and Jin for years and they are the best in West Texas. Annie does my lashes and has never disappointed me and always works with my likings. She does a spectacular job. Always makes me feel welcome and comfortable and she is the sweetest person I have ever met. Love her and her skills are amazing. Jin always does my nails and does amazing no matter what kind of nail inspo I throw at him. I have never had a problem, definitely recommend 100%

It’s been 3 days since my pedi and when I say my toes HURT. They hurt so bad! The guys constant touched my feet without gloves. He literally made me bleed and didn’t even think twice about it. My pedicure took 35 minutes compared to my sisters who’s was over an hour long and we got the same thing if anything I got something that should have taken longer than her. I asked him to fix my bug toe and he completely missed what I told him TWICE. DONT COME HERE!!! Picture of the toe I asked him to make more straight and he kept missing it. You can also see where he clipped my “ingrown” but it was just my nail😭
