I was here from out of town and I now want to move here just for this nail place! Excellent! I am very happy! Great natural looking nails.

I walked in without an appointment at 5pm on a Friday for a fill. I am not familiar with salons in Westminster and ran out of excuses for the product I was getting from the salon I had been going to.

I waited less than 10 minutes for someone to take me to a seat and strip the prior polish. When I would have to wait longer for my nails to be filled and painted (I walked in at 5pm on Friday, it was my fault) they gave me a cold bottle of water.

The environment was upbeat, relaxing, and engaging. Lucy adds a welcoming greeting that I’ve never seen anywhere.

I LOVE the product I left with. They’re not too thick or too thin, they’re functional, and very flattering. There was great attention to detail. I will definitely be going back.

First time there today getting a manicure and pedicure. Henry did am AMAZING job with my manicure and I will go back to him again. Kim did my pedicure. Not happy with her at all. She did a very poor job especially on my big and second toes, I asked her 2 times to cut my toe nails shorter and she ignored me. With the included heels callas removal she did a horrible job. The massage was basically rubbing in cream. I asked her to apply some pressure and she was annoyed. You can see unpolished areas at the tips of several toes on each foot. I will require someone other than her next month.

Very dissatisfied and expensive. For going in and getting a kids mani pedi with French tips they charged me alot more. They didn’t listen to what I had to say and they over charged me. I will definitely find another place where they listen. I didnt take a picture of 1st set of nails done and I wish I did they were very thick and horrible looking Henry did take a picture and im pretty sure he’s not gonna post it to the site. I definitely wish I would of read the reviews, I didn’t because I won at certificate in December on fb cranberry shopping center contest. That’s the only reason why I went there

My daughter treated me for my Birthday. I got a pedicure and full set. The lady that did my full set was really pushing me to get gel nail polish. I didn’t want my daughter to spend more than what she had to on me. She just wouldn’t stop insisting for me to get the gel the whole time she was putting the nails on. she only stopped asking about it when she got the point of panting them.
I was getting French style with red but after she did it I didn’t like the way it looked. I told her we should just paint the whole nail. She said “NO its Beautiful “and continued on than she added a line design white and gold that I did not ask for and charged extra for it and really didn’t think it looked good.
She didn’t seem to care what I thought. She also asked if I wanted my eyebrows done I said no and asked daughter if she would pay for it for me after I already said no. Which made me a little mad. I didn’t like the manner the lady was trying to push me to spend more money every minute she was working on my nails. Not appreciating the business I’m already giving them.
We finished up at closing time. I said something to the gentleman there that I didn’t like them. He said to come back the next day and he will repaint them which they did. After a 30 minute wait with scheduling a time with them but didn’t give any money back for the extra charge of French and doing the design on it that I didn’t want or ask for. So in the end they got the extra 10 they wanted me to spend on gel.
