Painful and overpriced with long wait times. Was quoted hour 1/2 for manicure and pedicure and it took over 3 hours and over $200. Gel Manicure was done terrible and she filed my free edges so much the file went into my skin and cut me. She used the electric file and kept getting my cuticles on 3 fingers, again bleeding. Nail art was nice though! I’m not from here and went to Serenity Nails based on reviews. I won’t be back.

I’ve come here for a few years and always have a good experience. Jenny and her staff are all kind and take good care of their clients. I had an issue with my nails once and Jenny fixed them for me no problem. They also do fantastic massages!!
Also, the review from “Kane” is not what happened as I was in the salon at the time she came in. She was seen very quickly after she went outside to smoke after checking in. She was upset about the tips they had and was rude the entire time to both the staff and clients. She made a phone call complaining to a friend about them not having “straight tips” in which she stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes after they were done removing the tips she did not want. She finally asked about her toes and the staff kindly told her she’d probably be happier elsewhere and they no longer had time. They were very professional despite the treatment they received from her. She made the whole salon, staff and customers, so uncomfortable with her behavior and it was best that the staff suggest she go elsewhere at that point.

My mom went here 1st and would all ways tell me she got her nails done at serenity and how she loved the place so I finally gave Serenity a chance and I also loved it. The owner is very nice and I also got a lip and eyebrow wax. Nail inspiration was for women’s power day. Thank you for treating my mom and me so good.

Very friendly staff, very clean salon, and they did a great job! I only got a standard mani-pedi this time, they were fast and I was very comfortable. I will definitely come here again!

Couldn’t execute a basic French Tip. I made an appointment at 2 o’clock for my nails and feet. When I realized I no longer wanted my hands done by them, they told me I had to reschedule for my feet because they didn’t have time for me. I literally made an appointment for both my hands and feet so how is that possible?? Most rushed I ever felt. So unprofessional and rude. Rushing me to decide what I want. I also waited 20 min after I got there to get serviced even though I was there on time for my appointment. Wouldn’t recommend this shop. The nerve to ask me if I wanted to come back the following day. I said No obviously. I could never ever give you my business again. And yes this is Andrea love. 😉 Yk what… 😩 I should mention that the owner was racist on a separate occasion.. discussing another individual who was being serviced and is African American like myself. She was comparing us and saying they didn’t like the way she was acting and basically that they’d rather deal with tame black people like myself??… I can’t quite articulate but you get it. Don’t go where you’re not welcomed. Where you will be labeled difficult because you speak up for what you want. I’ve learned the hard way.
