I’ve been going to Element 909 for men’s haircut for a while now. They’ve earned my repeat patronage because they have excellent customer service, and Chad’s services are truly superb. He takes his time and makes sure his clients feel truly appreciated. I’d be hard pressed to take my business elsewhere!

The stylist was great. But when I go to a spa and salon in Bend I don’t want to hear a 20 some year old being loud and obnoxious. Not one stopped it that worked there. So the whole “spa treatment” was not relaxing. Have some control over the younger louder people if you want your customers to relax.

Doing my haircut with Scott for the last 5 months. Since the first time he did all he can to make me satisfied with my hair. Very attentive and nice to talk with.
The smells are great the people are nice the schedule system is easy and hospitality is great. Go see Scott !

I just moved to the area and was looking to go back in time and bring more texture to my hair similar to that of a young Mick Jagger. I was paired with Krystal who was dubbed the texture queen and man was she able to deliver! Truly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, excellent shape, perfect length, and of course great texture. Will be coming back in the later months!

This is such a great place to get a haircut, my 7 year old son is super difficult and they always accommodate him, and he always leaves looking great. My husband goes here as well, and is always happy with the cut.
