I’ve been to Expert Nails before but I am pretty disappointed in my experience today. The nail tech was very friendly but my manicure is bumpy/clumpy and very uneven. The receptionist helped me get some of the acrylic residue off the back of the nails before I left but the overall look of the manicure is very unfinished. Frustrated to pay $150 to leave this way.

It was great in the beginning but if you go in while there busy they will rush and ruin your skin she was going so fast it was ridiculous She cut my skin up on almost every finger I have… and barely brushed the dust off and put globs of oil on because that was supposed to “help”. I’d rather be told to come back later than to have this done ever again. Now I have to wait for my skin to grow back before I get my nails done again! Definitely not from there!

Needed a simple dip manicure and spa pedicure. Left after several hours with some toes nearly unpainted (they didn’t smudge, they were just done like that by the tech). My nails were lumpy, cracking at the sides and missing whole areas of dip. I mentioned right away that I did not have time to wait longer for a fix. Two days later my nails started popping off completely. Spoke in person day of, and on the phone today…Sorry, no refunds!

Kelly did so amazing! I absolutely love her work. I got a soak off, acrylic set on my natural nails and the french tip design. She was very kind and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everything was very clean and safe. I will be coming back to Kelly for my nails!

Had a great experience here. I was a walk-in, and upon walking in it was a bit chaotic (too crowded at the check-in desk, people paying and leaving, etc.) and I just wrote my name on the sheet and I was taken back within 20ish minutes for a gel pedi and a dip/gel mani. The pedicure foot bath was clean, lined with a disposable liner. Each technician took their time and were gentle/receptive to what I wanted/needed for my nails. Location is great, clean, the staff is great, and the prices are fair. I’d highly recommend it.
