From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to the time I walked out the door, I was greeted with genuine kindness and a lightheartedness. Starting with Nicole, my massage therapist. SO GOOD, that woman has hands of an angel, I’ve never felt so relaxed after leaving a massage session. She took her time, and at no point did it feel rushed or half hearted. Anytime I am back in Bend, I will only ask for her! Thank you Nicole, seriously!
Marianne, she was also fantastic. She is the owner, and happened to be my lash tech for the day. It was my first time receiving a lash tint and lift, and she was extremely thorough in explaining the process (pros and possible cons). She had a great sense of humor and created an atmosphere that was light, and fun! Super grateful that I got to experience a place like this, seriously y’all, I felt spoiled! Thank you again ladies 🤎
I will say tho that unfortunately the prices are higher than other places for some reason and they don’t offer any kind of special deals for return clients
(Felt bad that they were closing up – but Jenna assured me it was fine and she would still wax my eyebrows) how amazing is that 👏👏
Jenna made me feel welcomed and pampered and the ambiance of the salon is lovely .
I really like this spa and I will definitely return for more treatments .
