My appointment was with Megan, an incredibly skilled esthetician who exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we began, her professionalism and expertise were evident. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the facial to meet my specific needs. Her gentle touch and detailed explanations of each step made the experience both informative and soothing.
The facial itself was divine. Megan used high-quality products that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and radiant. I received a Swedish massage as a birthday gift from my best friend. I am usually agitated and find it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, I recently suffered a terrible injury – I shattered my kneecap. This has caused me both emotional and financial stress. Since my birthday is at the end of the week, I wanted to do something out of the ordinary for myself. The Jinsea Spa has the apparent nuance of being for the elite, but it was clear from the start that my service would be extraordinary no matter what tax bracket I was in. It took me a bit longer to get across town, but Ali at the front desk was a calming force when I walked in with my gift certificate.

Although she was wearing a “headset,” which usually turns me off, Ali was perfect in manners and made direct eye contact. Even better, she did not want me to stress about any details, tips, or explanations and assured me that they could be dealt with afterward. It was SO nice not to feel pressured into throwing my credit card down and to feel trusted. Ali is very professional and an excellent manager.

My massage therapist, Karen, was waiting for me behind the curtain. She provided me with clear and precise instructions, which was very helpful as a new client worried about accidentally knocking over any decor. Karen has been a massage therapist for nearly two decades and is highly skilled in knowing whether a client wants to talk or prefers silence. Her graceful and professional manner and her gift of communication (or silence) made the whole experience even more comfortable and relaxing.

After my massage, I indulged in the steam room and fell asleep in the gentle green recovery room after drinking one of the best light tea concoctions I had had since a trip to China over thirty years ago. If I win the lotto, it will be a weekly indulgence—until then, I will make sure to gift this experience to all my friends for their birthdays.

This was my first time having a massage at Jinsei. And let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint. Beth was amazing!! The steam room afterwards was an added touch.. The woman’s locker room was perfect and had blow dryers and curling irons for showering after your massage. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. I’ll definitely be back!

Gary does an amazing massage! This spa is a gem in Bend. So nice to relax and shut the outside world out!

My wife and I have frequented Jinsei for many, many years. One of my yearly go to Christmas presents for her, always goes over well. Our interactions with the staff have always been extremely pleasant and courteous, great service
