Awful experience! The acrylic nails they did for my teenager looked terrible. The free edge of the nails fanned out like a fish tail and they refused to fix them after I had asked. They only offered to remove and told us to go elsewhere. They made us wait before they removed them. This is poor customer service and we will never go back.

This is the only place within 50 miles of Cleveland I will trust to do a quality dip manicure. The color selection is amazing and the nails last for 5+ weeks every time. The cost is reasonable and the staff has always been friendly. This is a local, small business worth supporting.

My sister said it’s the best nail salon in Mentor. Friendly, detailed oriented technicians. Book your appointment with Christine if you have a choice. Clean atmosphere with TV and magazines to keep you entertain while you wait. They’re also right next to an Italian Bistro so pamper yourself and then treat yourself to a nice lunch.

I scheduled an appointment for 11am. They got the massage chair and pedicure station ready. I sat, read my book and waited approximately 30 minutes for technician. Found out there was a family emergency so they were short staffed. I didn’t mind since chair and foot soak were relaxing. Excellent pedicure. Salon was very clean. Will definitely go back.
